What happens to my old bike after collection?
Often the bikes we collect are no longer usable and we have them recycled. Still usable bikes can possibly be given a new life or taken to a recycling center.
Is it bad if the bike is broken?
No way, we pick up bikes in every state.
How soon can you come?
It depends very much on the amount of stuff and your location. We obviously try to drive as efficient a route as possible. If you contact us you will get a quick response and we will schedule something.
Can I have other items picked up at the same time?
Sure! You can bring all your old stuff to us. Please indicate in the quote what all you have, both bulky and small furniture.
Do I need to be present at the pick-up appointment?
You do not necessarily have to be present at the pick-up appointment. But then you have to prepare the items yourself so that we can easily access them. We are also happy to help you lift these heavy items, but then it is necessary to be home at during the appointment so you can show us the way.
