How does the house clearance process work?

Preparation

Before evacuation, you may be asked to separate or mark personal items and valuables that should not be removed.

Clearance

During eviction, furniture, household items and other trash are removed (or taken to another location).

Cleaning

After emptying, the home is thoroughly cleaned to leave it in good condition for the next occupants or sale.

Final inspection and delivery

A final inspection is conducted to ensure that the home meets all the requirements set forth.
Upon approval, the eviction is complete.

Once the house is empty, we make sure everything is in order as agreed.
In doing so, we go far, sometimes this means removing or laying new floors, cleaning or disinfecting, filling holes, painting or even redecorating the home.
